Formats: We provide transcripts in various formats, including hard copy or electronic: PDF, MSWord, Word Perfect and ASCII.

Geographic Coverage – nationwide and international including Alaska and Hawaii, Puerto Rico and overseas assignments.

E-transcripts are an electronic means of receiving your fully indexed transcript either by email or on CD. The advantage of an e-transcript is that a hyperlinked word index and transcript allows you to rapidly move within the Index to access specifics within the transcript or vice-versa.

Indexing transcripts: The final transcript format includes compressed mini-transcripts (four reduced pages on one sheet) with keyword and full-text indexing. This format allows for quicker and easier search for keywords in your transcript.

Client-provided audio tapes: We can transcribe from client-provided audio in any format inluding: audiotapes, video tapes, CD’s, MP3, WAV, WMA, DVD, DSS, regular cassette tapes, mini or micro cassette tapes.

Transcript file formats are PDF, MSWord, Word Perfect and ASCII.
